We had the pleasure of working with Conin Floors. We had a water leak and needed repairs to our hardwood floors. Marcial installed new hardwood to the damaged areas and also sanded and varnished approx. 1500 sq ft of hardwood in our home. He discussed procedures and products so that I understood the entire job that was being done. He was always on time, kept in communication about the next days schedule and locked our home every night. Our floors look amazing and shine like brand new ! We had an issue where a different contractor scratched the floor in one of the rooms and Marcial came back and repaired it at NO CHARGE ! It is apparent that customer satisfaction is his top priority. We will hire him again if we have any flooring needs and highly recommend this company.
