I can highly recommend Conin Floors for hardwood replacement. Due to a refrigerator leak,  my hardwood floor had to be ripped up and replaced. Because of the open concept,  this involved not only the kitchen,  but dining area,  pantry,  hallway,  1/2 bath,  closet and foyer with many angles and a stairway to work around. I was struggling to find the right stain to get the exact look I wanted and because Marcial has 30 years of experience,  he was able to bring me a stain that was perfect. The new floor is beautiful! They did an excellent job.  Everyone on his team was professional,  courteous and hard working.  Marcial was on-site frequently to supervise and to assist with some of the difficult areas. Marcel and his crew did a wonderful job on my floors. He worked with me to get the stain that I loved, and finished with the matte finish that is just so beautiful. They were respectful of my home, trustworthy, and they cleaned up very well afterwards. I thought I would come home to a mess, but it was actually quite surprising. Thank you so much. Marcial and his team did such an incredible job on multiple projects for us. They installed new engineered hardwoods in our downstairs and completely renovated the flooring and treads on our stairs (from hideous carpet to beautiful hardwood). Both projects turned out far beyond what we had expected.
